Missed appointments:
Failure to give 24 hours notice may result in a "failed to attend" charge.
Emergencies:
In case of emergency during normal surgery hours, please contact the surgery. We will always try to attend to your emergency on the same day.
For out of hours emergencies please call 0845 602 0703.
Safety:
We take all necessary precautions to safeguard you and our staff. We follow recommended guidelines with regard to instrument sterilisation and use of disposables eg. Gloves, needles, etc. We are happy to answer any questions.
Complaints:
Should you have reason to complain about any aspect of your treatment, please address your written complaint to our practice manager.
